The registration fee was set into three categories as follows:
Category A: Countries and regions include all other international countries except those in Category B and China.
Category B: Countries include 27 European Union member countries, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Japan.
Category C: Participants come from China.

The full Conference registration fee includes meeting participation, trade show access, conference meals, and technical tours. However, it does not include hotels, exhibitions at trade shows, pre- and post-conference tours, student parties, etc.
The registration form offered options for different events and trade shows (The trade show details will be available online soon).
Participants must pay an additional fee to attend events that are not included in the registration fee.

Support online payment through Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay, VISA, MasterCard, or JCB international credit card. Please select the method and follow the steps to complete the online payment. You can also choose wire transfer, which will take 1~2 working days to check the vouchers and send payment feedback. Please indicate "ISS10 + order number" through transferring so that the financial personnel can process your payment accurately. Please prepare the electronic version of the voucher, and "upload voucher" on the conference website, or via My Dashboard →My order →Upload Voucher.
We recommend you complete payment online to get the feedback quickly.
After successful registration and payment, you will receive a link to the invoice application automatically sent by the system to the email or cell phone number you filled in during registration. You can apply for the invoice through the link or return to the conference website from My Dashboard →My order →Apply for invoice.
After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the invoice.
Note: The invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the conference (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant’s mailbox, and special VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant’s address). Cancellations made by September 30, 2025, will incur a charge depending on your payment method(). Please note that no refunds will be provided after this date.
Refund charge: base handling charge of 50 CNY per order plus transaction handling charge (depending on the payment method. Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay 6‰, foreign currency remittance 4%, international credit card 3.9% + 0.3USD per transaction, additional 2%for currency exchange);
